Abstract:     
The Sovereign Military Order of St John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta, also known as the Order of Malta, the Order of St John of Jerusalem, or simply the Hospitallers, is a unique international confraternity. It is the only organization currently recognized, albeit by a minority of states, as quasi-sovereign. In view of the claims which have been made from time to time by other orders of chivalry - or even pretended orders - to such status, it is worthwhile looking more closely at the claims made by or on behalf of the Order of Malta. In so doing we may help to locate the origin and nature of this so-called sovereignty, and answer the question of which orders of chivalry are likewise 'sovereign', or, indeed, whether the Order of Malta itself is truly sovereign.

The article begins with a brief look at the concepts of sovereignty and statehood as traditionally understood. A survey is then made of the origins of what might be called anomalous entities - bodies which have some status at international law, but which are not traditional states. The special position of the Holy See is covered. The case of the Order of Malta is then examined in its historical context, and the basis for its claimed sovereignty assessed. The position of branches of the Order, and of other ancient religious orders is looked at. The lessons from the example of the Order of Malta for the relationship of territory and statehood are evaluated.

Attorney General Eric Holder, Jr., says the U.S. Constitution does not protect American citizens who may be plotting to kill other Americans via terrorism. Holder went onto say the president is not bound by the Constitution to delay assassinations of American citizens until some "theoretical end stage of planning -- when the precise time, place and manner of an attack become clear," The Washington Post reported.
"Given the nature of how terrorists act and where they tend to hide, it may not always be feasible to capture a U.S. citizen terrorist who presents an imminent threat of violent attack," Holder said.

And where do the income taxes that are collected actually go? In 1982, President Ronald Reagan formed The President's Private Sector Survey On Cost Control, an independent panel of 160 of the country's top business leaders headed by Peter Grace and known as The Grace Commission, in order to find ways to cut federal spending.
In their report submitted to President Reagan on January 15, 1984, this blue-ribbon panel stated the following, quoting directly from page 12 of their report:
"Resistance to additional income taxes would be even more widespread if people were aware that one-third of all their taxes are consumed by waste and inefficiency in the Federal government as previously identified. With two-thirds of everyone's personal income taxes wasted or not collected, 100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the federal debt ... in other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services taxpayers expect from the government." What's the big deal about the Fed? For starters, it's not (contrary to popular belief) a part of the government. It's privately owned...which means the United States does not control its own money supply. The Fed was created around the same time that the US adopted such charming practices as taxing the income of working people and conscripting its citizens against their will to fight and die in overseas wars. PART 1
Article 1 All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.

Self-determination is a process rather than an outcome. There is, in fact, no one prescribed outcome for the exercise of self-determination. The United Nations General Assembly, in its Declaration on Principles of International Law Concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation among States stipulated that: [t]he establishment of a sovereign and independent State, the free association or integration with an independent State or the emergence into any other political status freely determined by a people constitutes modes of implementing the right of self-determination by that people.

Self-determination should not be viewed as a one time choice, but as an ongoing process which ensures the continuance of a people's participation in decision making and control over its own destiny.

Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and

The female element of human society is ruled by emotion first and logic second. In the battle between logic and imagination, imagination always wins, fantasy prevails, maternal instinct dominates so that the child comes first and the future comes second. As the transition becomes more difficult to manage, the family unit must be carefully disintegrated, and state-controlled public education and state-operated child-care centers must be become more common and legally enforced so as to begin the detachment of the child from the mother and father at an earlier age. Inoculation of behavioral drugs [Ritalin] can speed the transition for the child (mandatory). Caution: A woman's impulsive anger can override her fear. An irate woman's power must never be underestimated, and her power over a pussy-whipped husband must likewise never be underestimated.

Factor IV - Junior

The emotional pressure for self-preservation during the time of war and the self-serving attitude of the common herd that have an option to avoid the battlefield - if junior can be persuaded to go - is all of the pressure finally necessary to propel Johnny off to war. Their quiet blackmailings of him are the threats: "No sacrifice, no friends; no glory, no girlfriends."

And what about junior's sister? She is given all the good things of life by her father, and taught to expect the same from her future husband regardless of the price.

Am I famil­iar with Renun­ci­a­tion of U.S. Cit­i­zen­ship?    Yes

Do or did I “par­tic­i­pate”?    No.

Why not?

This is a “pro­gram” designed to trans­fer “a cow” from one ranch (slave plan­ta­tion) to another ranch.   If you will notice, it states that you “should” pos­sess other “nation­al­ity” (but you don’t have to).  That means that you become a “national”.  Nation­als have “granted civil rights”.   I didn’t become a “national”.…I became “Ambas­sador at Large” with diplo­matic rights.   I still pos­sess those rights.

I am attach­ing the SEVENTH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE OF AMERICAN STATES.   You will see that this “code” is bogus, accord­ing to the treaties signed by the United States.  But, if you don’t know Inter­na­tional law and treaties; and you then con­form to the “code” (by agreement).…as it says.…it does not get you out of “your debtor slave obligations”.

Allow me to list the prob­lems inher­ent with this THE IMMIGRATION & NATIONALITY ACT :

“(5) mak­ing a for­mal renun­ci­a­tion of nation­al­ity before a diplo­matic or con­sular offi­cer of the United States in a for­eign state , in such form as may be pre­scribed by the Sec­re­tary of State” (empha­sis added).

Do other coun­tries do this when thir “nation­als” become US cit­i­zens?   No.   A nat­u­ral­iza­tion process of a “for­eign state” can­not be dic­tated by the “state of orig­i­na­tion”.  That would be like the US dic­tat­ing the process for become a Pana­man­ian (or Boli­vian or any other nation-state other than US.   However, if you under­stand the verbiage.…it is not talk­ing about “becom­ing a nat­u­ral­ized cit­i­zen of another State/nation”.…it is talk about “mak­ing a for­mal renun­ci­a­tion of nation­al­ity”.   Why would some­one do that when it is not nec­es­sary?   Where in Inter­na­tional Law and Treaties is such “renun­ci­a­tion” required?

At this point.…open the file (pdf) and go to page 63 and read Arti­cles 1 and 2 of the Con­ven­tion on Nation­al­ity that the United States is sig­na­tory to.  Make sure that you keep in mind that some nations may not sign or may have reser­va­tions.  If they were one of the “High Con­tract­ing Par­ties” at the Con­ven­tion and they “do not sign at all”…they must make record of their refusal or reser­va­tion.   So, be sure to scroll to the end of that “ses­sion” on page 64 and read the reser­va­tions.  (note: you will not see the United States mak­ing a reser­va­tion, mean­ing that they adopted this con­ven­tion.  To ver­ify the accu­racy of what I just said, scroll to page 69 where you will see the United States mak­ing reser­va­tions on Extra­di­tion; and fur­ther to page 71 where you will find a dec­la­ra­tion of the United States about their “belief” in Polit­i­cal Asylum.)

Renun­ci­a­tions that do not meet the con­di­tions described above have no legal effect. So what?  Does this sound like you’re “in con­trol” of this process?   Does this sound a lit­tle “arbi­trary” in nature?  Mr. Cameron, the what that I refer to; for those that do this “renun­ci­a­tion process” and make them­selves a “tar­get” of the “Matrix system” is this.…you’re admit­ting that you’re incom­pe­tent and you’re saying.…“I don’t know Inter­na­tional Law.”    If you are going to “renounce cit­i­zen­ship”, you must be in another coun­try from the start of the process.   There­fore; Inter­na­tional laws and Inter­na­tional pro­to­cols gov­ern.  This is by Treaty and Agreement.

This is Catch 22.…because this is an Inter­na­tional process.  And the Catch 22 goes back to the doc­u­ment attached and the ques­tion pre­vi­ously posed; which is: Why would some­one do this “renun­ci­a­tion process” when it is not required?  This is an inten­tional snare.  As George Bush said, if you are not “with us, you are against us”.   The obvi­ous­ness of this inten­tional snare is the fact that it doesn’t con­form to Inter­na­tional Pro­to­cols, it makes you “appear” (pos­si­bly and unnec­es­sar­ily) bel­liger­ent, it can make you vul­ner­a­ble it ways that are destruc­tive (as you will see as I cover the high­lighted prob­lems), and it’s based on people’s vol­un­tary con­sent to do the process due to ignorance.

Using Inter­na­tional Pro­to­cols, as I did; there are much more Peace­ful means and ways.   The U.S. has acknowl­edged me now as Ambas­sador at Large for the State that I now rep­re­sent.  They did so specif­i­cally because I exe­cuted every­thing in accor­dance with the Inter­na­tional Pub­lic Order as defined within the Inter­na­tional Agreements/(treaties) and Pro­to­cols.  There­fore, the US knows that I am not incom­pe­tent and have no state­ments on any record that might be “ques­tion­able”.   In fact, the very oppo­site is true.…but that requires fur­ther infor­ma­tion that is not within the con­text of your question.…so continuing…

Because of the pro­vi­sions of sec­tion 349(a)(5), Amer­i­cans can­not effec­tively renounce their cit­i­zen­ship by mail, through an agent, or while in the United States. In fact, U.S. Courts have held cer­tain attempts to renounce U.S. Cit­i­zen­ship to be inef­fec­tive on a vari­ety of grounds, as dis­cussed below. Inef­fec­tive?  It’s inef­fec­tive because a “lat­eral trans­fer” from one “slave plan­ta­tion” to another “slave plan­ta­tion” is not “exer­cis­ing the Right of Self Deter­mi­na­tion and Self Gov­er­nance”.   And, nat­u­ral­iza­tion is the process of transfer…not “renun­ci­a­tion”.   Renun­ci­a­tion is only a trap to “make you stateless”…if you don’t “repa­tri­ate” some­where else.  You are claim­ing that you are totally incom­pe­tent, in any event.…especially if you “make your­self stateless”.

Please re-read sub­sec­tion C, again.  It’s about (alleged) priv­i­leges and ben­e­fits ver­sus liabilities…if you under­stand what I mean.  (if not, we can dis­cuss it later)

Per­sons intend­ing to renounce U.S. Cit­i­zen­ship should be aware that, unless they already pos­sess a for­eign nation­al­ity, they may be ren­dered state­less and, thus, lack the pro­tec­tion of any gov­ern­ment.  This is bla­tant iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of the Legal Catch 22.  This would be a “holy crap, Bat­man” moment.   No pro­tec­tion of any gov­ern­ment?!  Whad­dya think they’re doing this “home­grown ter­ror­ism bill” for?   This “act” has already passed and it’s intent is to “iden­tify pos­si­ble domes­tic bel­liger­ents”; and then once “identified”, to make “Americans/USCitizens” state­less, so that “no other State” will inter­fere with “the domes­tic ter­ror­ists’ intern­ment” into a Camp, such as have been already built for such purposes.  And, they are build­ing “a list”; that is Home­land Security’s func­tion.  That’s it.  That is their func­tion; and igno­rantly doing such a process as this can (pos­si­bly) “iden­tify you”.

Here’s what hap­pens when you under­stand Inter­na­tional Law and Peace­ful Pro­to­cols, the LAW OF NATIONS, and the Right of Self Deter­mi­na­tion.  Note: Please read the Uni­ver­sal Dec­la­ra­tion of Human Rights (I sug­gest “entirety”, but specif­i­cally Art. 15) and the Inter­na­tional Covenant of Polit­i­cal and Civil Rights (Arti­cle 1 Sen­tence 1 spec.) for con­fir­ma­tion of some of the following…

Build­ing a State/nation and Self Gov­ern­ing.…sov­er­eign immu­nity and polit­i­cal rights.….good.

Inte­gra­tion into an Inde­pen­dent State as diplo­matic mem­ber or representative…diplomatic immu­nity and polit­i­cal rights.…good.

The PIIGS Brief

Portugal, Iceland, Ireland, Greece and Spain can sue Canada for damages from global financial crisis

The PIIGS nations, scandalously so-called, of the European Union (EU) appear to have a genuine cause of action and means of remedy against the Canadian state and its commercial court system, secured in part by the aggregate bonds/liability-insurance of members of the various provincial and federal bar associations and law societies in Canada, as well as those of the courts themselves. Provable damages globally appear to be in the range of several trillions of dollars.

The underlying issue is malfeasance of office, gross negligence, reckless disregard and endangerment, and the proximate cause of the global financial crisis, with respect to damages experienced and yet to be experienced by the people and institutions of the PIIGS nations.

The means of remedy is/are either or both of an action in tort (equity) and/or in law pursuant to certain several international treaties referred to generally as anti-money-laundering and anti-financing-of-terrorism treaties, of which the PIIGS nations are common signatories with Canada, and under which Canada agreed not to do what it then did, and continues to do, which is to allow its courts to wilfully and knowingly enforce financial securities that constitute “enterprise crime/racketeering/RICO” offences under the Criminal Code of Canada. The specific anti-organized-crime sections at issue are expressly attached to the aforesaid treaties under which Canada agreed to treat any such civil action as laundering of proceeds of crime, and to seize whatever proceeds are within its jurisdiction.  

Additional special, punitive, or exemplary damages are supported by the egregious nature of the means by which Canada violates the treaty or treaties directly, and of the means by which Canadian courts are converting financial securities contrary to the Criminal Code and in concealment (from international financial markets) of the known and admitted underlying criminality and vastly increased risk-in-fact.

Canada’s banks have escaped the global financial meltdown because Canada’s courts illegally granted them licence to operate, both in fact and in law, as “criminal organizations” within the meaning of domestic and international law. These same private banks used their criminal capacity to make themselves into de facto holding companies (and redirectors) for the illegal profits of the global system. They siphoned off the gravy and stuck the rest of the world with the bones.

 

Fact of the offences not at issue

In 1980 when the government of Canada was in the process of amending its Criminal Code to provide for a criminal rate of interest, it was brought to the attention of the senate banking committee (Senate Select Standing Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce (SSCBTC)) that the new law (as then proposed/written and ultimately passed/enacted) would be routinely violated by mainstream financial institutions which would then be liable for criminal prosecution. One specific discussion addressed a “standby fee” which is a device used by financial institutions to, among other things, falsify securities.

The practice is caught by the criminal interest rate law because the fees, payable in advance, are legally defined as interest (and treated internally as such by the banks) which are converted/capitalized into principal on the face of the security, and in fact, at time zero (in advance), and therefore at an infinite and therefore criminal rate (above an effective 60% per annum).

The question/answer and nominal solution ultimately adopted was as follows, in material part (emphasis added):

Mr. Wong: Senator Buckwold, in one of the submissions made to the department [of Justice] at an earlier stage, the question was raised whether or not a standby fee, being a fee, would be included in the definition of "interest", and if it were, how would the interest be calculated, because, being infinite, it would certainly be above 60 per cent,....

Senator Buckwold: Is that illegal?

Mr. Wong: As the section stands, that would be illegal, yes.

Senator Buckwold: Then....the bank, theoretically, could be prosecuted for charging a criminal rate of interest for a standby fee...

Mr. Wong (Department of Consumer and Corporate Affairs):...theoretically, yes. That is one of the reasons this section is unusual, in that it requires the consent of the Attorney General before prosecutions are initiated, thus preventing the application of the section to commercial practices to which it was not intended that it apply. It then becomes a question of the Attorney General’s discretion. (SSCBTC transcripts; 4-11-1980, 24:28)

 

The solution is both logically and legally absurd, and of itself a manifestly incompetent and egregiously wrongful and illegal act by the Crown/government of Canada.

The amendment to the Criminal Code, however, had been tied to the repeal of the existing Small Loans Act (more on this below) which the private banks were desperate to get rid of so that they could radically increase credit card interest rates in order to remain solvent. A detailed study of the history and lobbying that went on reveals that the banks essentially used the criminal amendment as bait to get the government to repeal the Small Loans Act. They likely intended to separate the two components such that the Small Loans Act would have been repealed and then some reason would have been found not to amend the criminal law. But events began unfolding rapidly and as the clock ran down on the then current session of Parliament the banks were stuck with an all or nothing package. Hence the bizarre solution to the mainstream criminal problem.

The combined bill was then rammed through all three readings in the House of Commons over the final two days of the session (July 21/22, 1980) without any debate. The essential point for future reference is that this was not an innocent oversight but rather a desperate gamble by covert legislative manipulators who knew exactly what they were doing.

 

Flawed and absurd reasoning

The government’s nominal solution was and remains logically and legally absurd because the fact of criminality, directly or indirectly attached to a commercial contract, automatically precludes recovery or enforcement in a civil court.

And before it can even otherwise consider the criminal contract, per se, the courts have no capacity in law or in equity to grant standing (locus standi in curia) to an offender or to any party to an offence. A criminal contract is not and cannot be within the jurisdiction of a civil court. That is why, for example, one illegal-drug dealer cannot sue another, and why a contract-murder cannot be litigated for payment in a civil court. Few, if any, legal limitations on a court are as clear and unambiguous.

It is also a separate and distinct enterprise-crime/organized-crime/racketeering offence, under ss. 462.3(c) of the Criminal Code, to counsel or otherwise aid or abet (help or encourage) another to commit an offence under s. 347. So the solicitors who prepare the subject standby fee related securities, also, are prima facie guilty of advising/counselling their bank clients to commit the offences.

Further, any subsequent dealing “in any way and by any means” with any proceeds obtained contrary to s. 347 (or any “designated offence”) also automatically defines a separate and distinct offence under ss. 462.31(1) of the Code (laundering proceeds of crime) and which is also expressly joined with the aforementioned international treaties. The anti-racketeering provisions of the Code and the anti-money-laundering treaties were deliberately designed to cause a falling domino effect with the commission of a designated (enterprise crime) offence.

In every case, with the making of the contract contrary to the criminal law, the financial-liability-in-fact-and-in-law attaches itself to the bond(s) of the solicitor(s) who draw(s) up the securities.

But far from representing anomalous behaviour or confined to this particular example before the SSCBTC , the same actual and legal technicality applies to virtually every loan, advance, and security made or issued by a financial institution in Canada (and in multiple independent ways), as does the financial consequences of it.

As the Ontario Court of Appeal explained the liability aspect in terms of a civil case involving mere non-compliance with a civil disclosure statute that resulted in a $177,000 loss to the lender, and holding the solicitor liable for the loss:

Very simply, a solicitor who practices commercial law is responsible, if he undertakes to draft a promissory note, to see to it that it expresses the interest rate in a form that is enforceable. (Elcano Acceptance Ltd. v. Richmond, Richmond, Stambler & Mills; 1991, 68 O.R. (2d) pp. 165-189).

That is also why lawyers, and especially solicitors, must have professional malpractice insurance/bonding. The same applies to the private Crown commercial courts.

 

Crown has regardless no such power of non-prosecution

The subsection (347(7)) nominally requiring the permission of the Attorney-General to prosecute is also a constructive and asserted right of dispensation – a scandalous and illegal practice of the Crown formally associated only with civil statutes, but now brazenly attached to a criminal law. Dispensation means that the Crown grants a waiver of the law (literally to dispense with the law) to certain “high-born” people/favourites of the Crown. The practice was, and remains, outlawed-in-perpetuity under English law (and which still applies to Canada) by the English Bill of Rights (1689).

 

Tort

At this point the Crown in Canada becomes liable also (independently) in tort (a tort is an actionable wrongful act) to the PIIGS nations because its unlawful and illegal scheme of dispensation under the criminal law gave, and continues to give, constructive and actual licence to private financial institutions in Canada to systemically exploit, entrench, and expand long-recognized criminal practices, and to export them internationally under the colour of commercial normalcy.

Despite clear and repeated warnings, in at least certain several specialized (but otherwise mainstream) banking and financial-law publications, of the potentially catastrophic legal defects, including criminalization of solicitors, in the government’s scheme for avoiding the criminality of “commercial practices”, no concerted or apparent effort was made by the legal profession in Canada to rectify the defects. Instead the broadly-defined profession took clear and calculated steps to conceal the technical violation/criminality and its consequences from the public.

This convention was held in 1976 and outlines a very strategic plan on implementing "Sustainable Development," and the " New International Economic Order."

However, this document does make reference to the principles outlined in the U.N. Charter on Human Rights, or what we refer to as "The Right of Self Determination."

On Page 5 of  the Vancouver Declaration On Human Settlements under "II General Principles" it reads in subsections:

"6. The right of free movement and the right of each individual to choose the place of settlement within the domain of his own country should be recognized and safeguarded.

7. Every State has the sovereign and inalienable right to choose its economic system, as well as its political, social and cultural system, in accordance with the will of its people, without interference, coercion or external threat of any kind.

8. Every State has the right to exercise full and permanant sovereignty over its wealth, natural resources and economic activities, adopting the necessary measures for planning and management of its resources, providing for the protection, preservation and enhancement of the environment.

9. Every country should have the right to be a sovereign inheritor of its own cultural created throughout its history, and has the duty to preserve them as an intregal part of the heritage of mankind."

According to "Sustainable Development and Agenda 21" we are to be led like sheep to the slaughter. Limiting the ability to gather food and water in rural settings and implementing what appears to be a mass migration of the general population into the inner cities. Limiting also the so-called private ownership of land. But as we know:

The Political Structure of a Nation - Dependency

The primary reason why the individual citizens of a country create a political structure is a subconscious wish or desire to perpetuate their own dependency relationship of childhood. Simply put, they want a human god to eliminate all risk from their life, pat them on the head, kiss their bruises, put a chicken on every dinner table, clothe their bodies, tuck them into bed at night, and tell them that everything will be alright when they wake up in the morning.

This public demand is incredible, so the human god, the politician, meets incredibility with incredibility by promising the world and delivering nothing. So who is the bigger liar? the public? or the "godfather"?

This public behavior is surrender born of fear, laziness, and expediency. It is the basis of the welfare state as a strategic weapon, useful against a disgusting public.

Action/Offense

Most people want to be able to subdue and/or kill other human beings which disturb their daily lives, but they do not want to have to cope with the moral and religious issues which such an overt act on their part might raise. Therefore, they assign the dirty work to others (including their own children) so as to keep the blood off their hands. They rave about the humane treatment of animals and then sit down to a delicious hamburger from a whitewashed slaughterhouse down the street and out of sight. But even more hypocritical, they pay taxes to finance a professional association of hit men collectively called politicians, and then complain about corruption in government.

Responsibility

Again, most people want to be free to do the things (to explore, etc.) but they are afraid to fail.

The fear of failure is manifested in irresponsibility, and especially in delegating those personal responsibilities to others where success is uncertain or carries possible or created liabilities (law) which the person is not prepared to accept. They want authority (root word - "author"), but they will not accept responsibility or liability. So they hire politicians to face reality for them.

Summary

The people hire the politicians so that the people can:

• obtain security without managing it.
• obtain action without thinking about it.
• inflict theft, injury, and death upon others without having to contemplate either life or death.
• avoid responsibility for their own intentions.
• obtain the benefits of reality and science without exerting themselves in the discipline of facing or learning either of these things.

They give the politicians the power to create and manage a war machine to:

• provide for the survival of the nation/womb.
• prevent encroachment of anything upon the nation/womb.
• destroy the enemy who threatens the nation/womb.
• destroy those citizens of their own country who do not conform for the sake of stability of the nation/womb.

Politicians hold many quasi-military jobs, the lowest being the police which are soldiers, the attorneys and C.P.A.s next who are spies and saboteurs (licensed), and the judges who shout orders and run the closed union military shop for whatever the market will bear. The generals are industrialists. The "presidential" level of commander-in-chief is shared by the international bankers. The people know that they have created this farce and financed it with their own taxes (consent), but they would rather knuckle under than be the hypocrite.

Thus, a nation becomes divided into two very distinct parts, a docile sub-nation [great silent majority] and a political sub-nation. The political sub-nation remains attached to the docile sub-nation, tolerates it, and leaches its substance until it grows strong enough to detach itself and then devour its parent.

System Analysis

In order to make meaningful computerized economic decisions about war, the primary economic flywheel, it is necessary to assign concrete logistical values to each element of the war structure - personnel and material alike.

This process begins with a clear and candid description of the subsystems of such a structure.

ARTICLE 4.

ARTICLE 6.

ARTICLE 7.

It is accordingly agreed and settled that the sum of ten million livres tournois, being by a moderate computation the principal of the loan of five millions of Holland florins above mentioned, shall be reimbursed and paid in ready money at the royal treasury of His Majesty at Paris, with the interest at four per cent per annum, in ten equal payments of one million each, and in ten terms, the first of which shall be on the 5th of November, 1787, the second the 5th of November, 1788, and so from year to year till the final payment of the said sum of ten millions, the interest lessening in proportion with the partial payments of the capital. It has been a while since “new” mate­r­ial has come out; so let me explain why.

1) I had to have some den­tal work 3 weeks ago and I needed to recover.  What a pain in the…mouth.

2)  I got a chance to mon­i­tor how many peo­ple were actu­ally read­ing and study­ing the infor­ma­tion and mate­r­ial on the last blog; wherein I placed in sev­eral doc­u­ments and PDFs to read on Diplo­macy, Con­sular Rela­tions, and How to Pro­tect For­eign Nation­als Abroad.   In other words; this Inter­na­tional mate­r­ial and doc­u­men­ta­tion was about get­ting you “up to speed” and UNDER-STANDING the pro­to­cols that are REQUIRED to live by once you are out of a Debtor Nation Sub­ject Cit­i­zen Slave posi­tion and oper­at­ing with Immunity.

The con­clu­sion is this.….…

I am going to change direc­tions on the web­site.  I am no longer going to just “place mate­r­ial” up for study and review.  Too many peo­ple are not read­ing the mate­r­ial.  This is not to cast blame or asper­sions on anyone…certainly not any­one that down­loaded and read the mate­r­ial.  How­ever, I have come to real­ize that many, many peo­ple sim­ply do not have the time to read, or absorb mas­sive amounts of mate­r­ial.  This is due the cur­rent state of affairs and times we live, wherein, shall we say…“life is get­ting in the way” because peo­ple are  “so busy “with the “nor­mal” rou­tines and stresses that they don’t have ade­quate time or energy to do the “edu­ca­tion down­load” nec­es­sary to become pro­fi­cient about these mate­ri­als and protocols.

In addi­tion, some of the peo­ple who are down­load­ing and print­ing off the doc­u­ments to study and learn; are hav­ing a prob­lem with UNDER-STANDING some of the infor­ma­tion.   Knowl­edge is the key to free­dom and I appre­ci­ate everyone’s effort, because I know how “we” all long for free­dom.   But, free­dom is not free.  It is the ULTIMATE RESPONSIBILITY,…and I now real­ize is that with­out some of the back­ground that I have; whereby “we” filed in many fed­eral courts (early on), in the US SUPREME COURT (in 2004), in the UN (on mul­ti­ple occa­sions), and 4 cases in the World Court at the Hague in 2002; many peo­ple sim­ply do not and will not have the expe­ri­ences nec­es­sary to UNDER-STAND some of the tech­ni­cal­i­ties of the Inter­na­tional Agree­ments, Treaties, and Pro­to­cols.   I didn’t have it in the begin­ning, either.…and believe me…the learn­ing never stops.  Espe­cially for me, because mis­takes can be more costly at the Inter­na­tional level.

How­ever, com­plain­ing is not prof­itable when edu­ca­tion is the nec­es­sary answer, and there is no such thing as a prob­lem with­out a solu­tion to me.  That is where the name: MATRIX SOLUTIONS came from.  So, cre­at­ing a Solu­tion in this cur­rent states of affairs is my JOB.

So, here’s what “we” are going to do to make sure that every­one under­stands and prop­erly “down­loads this in-CODED-system” (i.e. learns) like Neo did in the movie.…so that he could “see” and then cre­ate a Par­a­digm (State) nec­es­sary to “come out in Peace”:

1)  I will stop talk­ing about the “prob­lem” as much.   When it comes to basics, peo­ple want to know 2 gen­eral things.   We all want to know “how bad it is” and “what we can do about it”.   So, I am going to pro­duce a DVD series that will lay out nearly every aspect of “law and his­tory” in the United States.  It will “dis-spell” you from notions that you have any “rights” in a DEBTOR NATION-STATE JURISDICTION.  If you don’t know the “codes of the Matrix”, you could get caught in them and vio­late the Inter­na­tional Pub­lic Order; unin­ten­tion­ally.  The DVD Series will be called THE LEGAL MATRIX, A Web of Catch 22’s.

2) From now on, the web­site will become geared towards pre­sen­ta­tions done either by me (indi­vid­u­ally) or by me teach­ing or talk­ing with other peo­ple (whether lead­ers or learn­ers) about Inter­na­tional Law, Inter­na­tional Pro­to­cols, and “total” Self Deter­mi­na­tion.  All Edu­ca­tional Pre­sen­ta­tions on Inter­na­tional Law, or a Treaty, or an Inter­na­tional Con­ven­tion will be in A/V for­mat.  This will be done so that I can read the pure text of the doc­u­ment and then elab­o­rate on the sig­nif­i­cant parts and/or explain the parts that may be vague or easy to “mis”-Under-Stand.

It will take longer for me to pro­duce, but again; that’s my JOB.  Peo­ple must know the truth and that TRUTH is that “you have no rights and you own nothing”.

The Door of Light —- Leads to—-The Prob­lem of Choice

There are 2 parts to exer­cis­ing total self deter­mi­na­tion (stew­ard­ship).   First comes Eco­nomic Deter­mi­na­tion and, then, the Right of Self-Determination.   Both of these must coin­cide and be done jointly, because they go “hand-in-hand”.  You can­not “self-determine” if you are broke and have no resources.  THE LAW OF NECESSITY (sur­vival) is the most pri­mal law of all  Prin­ci­ples in this Universe.

And, you can­not pro­tect any asset that you may acquire; because…since you BELONG to the State…the STATE owns your body, your energy, your mind, and there­fore, even your intel­lec­tual prop­erty.  You can­not pro­tect it by “patent­ing” in their “juris­dic­tion”; any more so than if you cre­ated a New Prod­uct or Tech­nol­ogy while work­ing at IBM.   It is a Master-Slave relationship.

And, as far as “last­ing peace and secu­rity and pro­tec­tion of asset”; we know that the fore­run­ners using the Law of Nations stated that to “secure these free­doms” you must INSTITUTE A GOVERNMENT.…which no one can do alone.  But, dur­ing times of change, times of oppres­sion, and times of “evo­lu­tion”; there are some peo­ple that are “called out” ahead of oth­ers.  I am a part of those people.

And I am not alone.…there are oth­ers.  It is not because “we” are any smarter or more spe­cial; it’s a CHOICE.   The prob­lem, as you were told…is CHOICE.   That CHOICE is called the Right of Self-Determination of peo­ples.

COLUMBUS, Ohio –  They call themselves sovereign citizens, U.S. residents who declare themselves above state and federal laws. Many don't register children's births, carry driver's licenses or recognize the court system.

A few such believers are violent: Two police officers in Arkansas died in a shootout in May after stopping an Ohio sovereign citizen and his son.

UCC Redemption vs. JC Redemption

"UCC Redemption proponents offer 'cure all claims' and 'silver bullet solutions' to present dilemmas in the struggle for freedom and independence. One of the reasons the world is in such trouble today is because we are to willing to sign on to offers that sound to good to be true. If we will grab at straws in desperation why not grab at strawmen?

The scarecrow, a true strawman, thought he did not have a brain, only straw. The Wizard of Oz gave him a piece of paper and then he believed he had a brain but he was more deceived and deluded than he was before.

I believe there are some deadly flaws hidden among the occasional truths of the UCC redemption process movement. UCC claims span the gambit of canceling debt to get out of jail free cards. They even suggest you can buy cars and houses and pay for them with your birth certificate account.

"I used to believe in forever . . . but forever was too good to be true." The Lovable Pooh.

Much of its apparent success of UCC is due to simply time. It is all still in process or you are more trouble than you are worth. But things do not stay the same and you need to find a future in your plan and know where it is taking you. A person is far more likely to get into trouble with UCC methods than discharging debt with a note. There are many pieces to the puzzle and they have to all fit if you want a true picture.

None of these strategies have the love thy neighbor as much as thyself precept required by Moses and Jesus. Rather than coming together strategy they have a more "walk the plank" or "run for it" type strategy or plan. It is an its okay to "remain divided" solution. That is not a godly way or precept. We do not see that in Abraham's, Moses' or Jesus' strategy. It is a hard lesson to learn because coming together requires humility, patience, charity... love to say nothing of forgiveness and sacrifice. But without it we will be without God on our side.

Some UCC redemption proponents claim that it is supposed to protect you from the surety nature of birth certificates and the Social Security system by removing the third party managers and collectors.

What UCC redemption does is make you solely responsible for any and all debt. It removes you from the collective debt but does not remove the liability. You become your own redeemer, beneficiary, and fiduciary. You do not become the owner of your self but the owner of your debt and surety --- responsibility remains. Many will become angry at the idea that there may be a real debt. Let us assume for a moment that spiritual and physical debt are as linked as our body and soul.

If you keep your certificates and surety number [SSN] you will still fall under their power and nothing will stand between you and them. If you get rid of them you will stand naked in the "World".

Expatriation is the key, but to where? Under what Patronus or Father? Should it be any upon the earth? Abraham, Moses, Israel and the rest of the people, the Levites often found it necessary to expatriate and separate themselves from the commercial parens patria type systems that have appeared throughout history. This was also true of the early "Christians". Redemption is the answer, but how should that redemption be accomplished?"

 

Redemption

Such ideas have made us dead already.

People live in such darkness and deception they cannot see the reality of God's Kingdom as a real and present jurisdiction.

Not so Secure Socialism by Brother Gregory Williams

The United States Supreme Court in 1937 validated Social Security as an exercise of the Constitutional taxing power of Congress for the benefit of the general fund of the United States Treasury. The Supreme Court also said that “Congress could, in its future discretion, spend that money for whatever Congress then judged to be the general welfare of the country” having “no constitutional power to earmark or segregate certain kinds of tax proceeds for certain purposes, whether the purposes be farm-price supports, foreign aid or social security payments.”¹

“Protection draws to it subjection; subjection protection.”²

At the time of the introduction of the Social Security Act to Congress and the American people “The President wanted everybody covered for every contingency in life---’cradle to the grave,’ he called it... the social insurance³ system… But the Government of the United States is not an insurance company and so it could be done.”⁴

While the system of Federal Social Security was “sold as if it were insurance”⁵ it was not. There is a great deception, a strong delusion, that social security taxes are payments of insurance premiums to obtain specified benefits at a specified time. There is no such right.

According to the Social Security Tax Act the government has been under no contractual obligation to make any return payment from the very beginning and has carried the provision that, “The right to alter, amend, or repeal any provision of this act is hereby reserved to the Congress.”⁶ Therefore “Congress could continue to collect the so-called social security pay roll taxes even though Congress discontinued all social security benefit payments.”⁷

This may seem a little scary for some who are or may be dependent upon such payments but that is exactly what you should expect as the national and world economies continues their descent into a domain of devastating decline, debt and disaster. To believe that you have a right to get back specified benefits because you paid into Social Security is a foolhardy fallacy, if not a delusion of false hope.

According to Dr. Clarence E. Manion, the Supreme Court held that Congress can “tax payments and earnings of employers and employees in the same way that it can tax a bottle of whiskey or a ticket to the ball game.”⁸

A man and his naturally endowed right to his labor was not originally the same as a bottle of whiskey nor a ball of twine. The idea of people laboring for a portion of each day without pay for the government is as old as the pyramids. It is known by many names such as statutory labor, corvee,⁹ or tribute¹⁰ and is nothing more than a form of subjection and servitude.

Corvee’ is a French word which can mean “Gratuitous labor exacted from villages or communities, especially for repairing roads, constructing bridges, etc.”¹¹ In Latin it would be covata from corrogare meaning “to gather by request”. Webster says it is an “obligation on the inhabitants of a district to perform services” or “forced labor exacted by government”.

To take a man’s labor without consent¹² falls within a broad definition of slavery.¹³ Neither the President nor the congress had the power to compel a free people to begin to labor without pay. They could not force the entire population into becoming tax collectors and serfs, or taskmasters and statute laborers without some form of consent.¹⁴

Like all these system that begin as a “request” they end a “forced obligation” with some form of consent. The Romans had a Corvee system in their protected provinces and eventually throughout the empire to maintain public works. The Jews often opposed this because it was like the system of bondage in Egypt which God told the people never to return to in the Biblical instructions for writing a constitution.¹⁵ Some of the citizens of Judea had appealed to the Roman Commander in chief, Pompey for the protection. The Pharisees brought in their own system under the guise of religious obligations. There had been some exclusion of Jews from individual tribute because of the Roman respect of religious freedom recognized in their law.

Pure republics have always cared for the social welfare of its inhabitants through freewill offerings, but when the people neglect their responsibility in a free society they often decline into states of socialism that begin with promises of benevolent benefaction and end in decadence, decay, and despotism. Managing social welfare by exercising authority over the people has often been a part of governments from Babylon to Rome and they all failed or betrayed their public members. No matter what promises are made by a government at its beginning the deals are often altered before their demise.

All governments expand their power or influence over the people in schemes with offers of gifts, gratuities, and benefits,¹⁶ which gives government an increase in authority and compels a corresponding decrease in the individual’s right to choose. What they will contribute, to whom and for what purpose becomes the province of the government, and the “Will of the People” is imposed upon the people by the benefactors chosen for the people.

Herod the Great had a grand scheme of a vast membership in a social welfare scheme called Corban.¹⁷ You joined with a ceremony of ritual baptism after filing an application for membership with the administering “scribe”.¹⁸ Payment of prescribed fees was required and annual accounting of what you paid or did not pay was made available to the proper authorities.

With annual contributions collected and recorded by the scribes this system of individual sacrifice to support the needy of society became popular with many people who were jealous and envious of the rich or just covetous of their neighbor’s goods. With guaranteed entitlements and forced contributions the apathy and avarice of the people flourished.

Members were given a white stone as a form of national ID¹⁹ and Herod was able to expand his hope of a kingdom of God on earth by this religious system of social security (Corban) which provided for a statutory enforcement and collection from membership in the form of a tax.

Pilate "... used the sacred treasure of the temple, called corban (qorban), to pay for bringing water into Jerusalem by an aqueduct. A crowd came together and clamored against him..."²⁰ Because those funds were for their individual social welfare and the people complained.

Few understood that what should have been for their welfare had brought them into bondage though they had been warned in the sacred text.²¹ Paul and others repeated that warning for the First century Church.²²

Why do I say this social security system was religious? Because:

“Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit²³ the fatherless and widows in their affliction, [and] to keep himself unspotted from the world.” James 1:27

John the Baptist offered a similar plan of social welfare but without the use of force used to collect the contributions of his people.²⁴ His plan was based on free will offerings like ancient Israel²⁵ when it was still a Republic.²⁶ Christ objected to the plan offered by Herod and the Pharisees²⁷ not only because it weakened the character of the people, and therefore society as a whole, but it also violated the precepts of God found in the Ten Commandments.

Jesus preached a system of social welfare that operated under the perfect law of liberty²⁸ by faith, hope and charity.²⁹ Christians stood fast in the liberty of Christ³⁰ and cared for each others through their own system of social welfare managed by the Church.³¹ The Church in those days actually understood the Gospel of the Kingdom appointed by Christ and would never send their people to the men of government that called themselves benefactors but exercised authority one over the other in opposition to His specific instructions.³²

The early Church called people to repentance of that system and a new baptism of John. This was not just some meaningless ritual. They would no longer covet their neighbor’s goods through the agency of Herod’s socialist government nor Rome’s free bread and extensive welfare state. They learned to care for one another in a network of love and service.³³

Rome and Jerusalem would soon falter and fail under the weight of their own corruption. Christians hearing the fullness of the Gospel of the Kingdom preached by John and Christ formed a new society that would survive and prosper in true faith during that decline and fall of the Roman Empire.

It is time for the Church to call for that repentance again but first it may have to do some repenting of its own.
